The 4 Waves Pro is the top of the range embosser from Index, designed for high volume production. Due to its unique design, production can continue even if one of the embossing heads breaks down. It is delivered with a spare head, which is easily exchanged, allowing production to continue. Even if a second or third head fails, it can still produce braille using a single head, albeit at a lower volume.

In the event of failure , the module is removed and replaced with the spare and then production can continue. The faulty module is returned to us for repair.
